Unmanned Aerial System Club

A multidisciplinary club focused on the development of unmanned aircraft that will be used to compete in an annual SUAS competition. We provide hands on experience to club members to manage and work in teams and interacting with technology usually priced out of their reach.

Aircraft Design

Club members work to design fixed and multirotor aircraft to perform in different challenging environments.

Imaging Systems

Working with cameras and other imaging products this team work to create consistent and clear imaging for the mapping of its local environment.

Payloads

The payload teams works on managing computers and competition equipment placement on the drone. They also handle design of competition equipment based on competition requirements.

AutoPilot

This team relies heavily on software and coding to write models that interpret images and react by changing flight patterns based on images.
